The august elections is approaching and Kenyans are eargely waiting to vote for their new leaders who will lead them .
IEBC is on process clearing the candidates who will be vying for various seat, as they disqualify those who do not meet the whole requirement as per the constitution.
The UDA Nominated senator, Karungo wa thang'wa who is the close ally of the deputy president William samoei Ruto and senatorial aspirant in Kiambu County has been barred from from Vying the senatorial seat .
This is after the high court barred the IEBC from clearing Kiambu CEC Karungo wa thang'wa to run for the Senate seat in the August 9 elections .The court ruled that the Senate aspirant can only be cleared after a case challenging his eligibility to contest is heard and determined .

The deputy president may be forced to look for another candidate who will replace him ,if the IEBC will not clear him .
