Today Uhuru Kenyatta met three Governors from the coastal region, a move that has raised eyebrows across all political divide. The first to raise concerns on the matter was self-proclaimed hustler spokesperson Denis Itumbi. According to Itumbi, the move is a way to cripple Railas influence in the coast.

He further stated that Uhuru is committed to reducing the former premier to a Luo kingpin as opposed to a national leader. A few weeks ago there were jitters after James Orengo revealed that there were plans to sabotage Railas bid in becoming the president of Kenya.
Uhuru however was quick to calm the raging storm when he met leaders in support of the BBI in statehouse a few days ago. The recent meeting comes at a time when there is division in the region as leaders from the area revealed that there is a need for a single political outfit that will ensure the coastal people get value for their votes.
