Kenyans mixed reaction over the captured image of Raphael Tuju

Raphael tuju is the current secretary general for the jubilee party which was formed as by his Excellency the president of the republic of Kenya and his deputy president William samoei Ruto in coalition between their party .
Currently there has divisive among the most of the political members from the party ,others are in side of Uhuru who term as " Kieleweke" and from the side of Ruto who termed as " Tanga Tanga " ,this has been a major challenge to the secretary general to manage .
During the burial of the late president Daniel moi on last year February ,the secretary general who was attending the burial got an road accident and was rushed to hospital by a chopper where he received treatment ,he was even taken outside Kenya for further treatment .
Most of the people see Raphael tuju as if he has not recover fully ,we are not sure about it but then there is a difference between the current image with the one he had earlier ,the current image look nice as shown ,
This has raised mixed reaction among Kenyans concerning his health ;
