After a disagreement with the Orange Democratic Movement coalition party's top leadership over the National Assembly positions to be filled by the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya alliance Coalition, honourable Babu Owino, member of parliament for Embakasi East, has been welcomed to join the Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition.
This comes after the outspoken lawmaker recently criticised the ODM for planning to replace him, Babu Owino, as head of the Public Accounts Committee with John Mbadi, a legislature member who the party did not elect.
The United Democratic Alliance's parliamentary representative for Molo district, the honourable Kuria Kimani, responded to Babu Owino's call for support by saying he was happy to have Baby Owino join the Kenya Kwanza alliance. He assured me that in Kenya Kwanza, he would be rewarded for my efforts.
"Pole Santa Babu Owino. Welcome to Kenya Kwanza-the only coalition that recognises and rewards hard work and merit and where the place of young people in leadership is guaranteed. @OsoroSylvanus, youth will be our chief Whip. See @NdindiNyoro" he posted.
