The former prime minister Raila Odinga has explained why his presidential manifesto will be a secret to and no one would not be let to know.
Raila Odinga stated that his presidential manifesto will be a secret so that his competitors will not steal and used it as their manifesto.
"Our manifesto is almost ready. We will keep it a secret until the strategic time that we will release it. We don't want other people to steal it. They are talking about Bottom-up. That is just a slogan not not an economic theory," Raila Odinga said.
Raila also Chides at Deputy President William Ruto's bottom up economic model saying that is not an economic theory but a slogan.
Kenyan leaders have been known to borrow the manifesto from their rivals when they see it resonates well with the electorates. Raila has not said his manifesto will be a secret until such an appropriate time to release it to Kenyans.
