Participants in the East Africa Community (EAC) peace dialogue who skipped former president Uhuru Kenyatta's summit in Nairobi have drawn criticism.
A number of participants in the conference Uhuru called in Nairobi to discuss the ongoing fighting in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DCI) and, at the very least, develop long-term solutions to end the fighting, did not attend.
Angered by some of the attendees' absences, the former president threatened to let their respective superiors know of their whereabouts.
The former president Uhuru Kenyatta said that he will report them to their bosses if they fail to attend the meeting. He alleged that they may consider him as not their boss but in case the leaders miss the event, they will be reported to their bosses.
What do you think about Uhuru's plans on this? Thanks for reading the article.
