On his side, Ruto revealed that he is unbothered with the arrangements and the endorsements that the cabinet secretaries and other ministers have continued to accord the former prime minister. He says that all this will not dampen his spirit of seeking elective endorsement from the people themselves.
Raila on the other hand was accompanied by close to three cabinet ministers from Uhuru's administration who openly claimed that they will vote him in as the next president. Raila was categorical that he will bring the need change by the area residents to the country, saying that he is ready for the task ahead.
