Doctor Reveals This After Raila Tested Positive For Covid-19 at Nairobi Hospital

Orange Democratic Movement Leader Raila Odinga has tested positive for the deadly Covid-19 scourge a reported that has caught many unawares after spending two days at the Nairobi hospital.

The Former Prime Minister was rushed to Nairobi Hospital after he complained of body ache and fatigue amid his movement in the country to publicize the Building Bridge Initiative and its implementation ahead of the 2022 politics.

On Thursday, March 11, 2021 Raila`s doctor confirmed to the public that the ODM leader was responding so well to the medication after being confirmed positive for the virus.

“Following my letter of the 10th of March 2021 we have confirmed that Rt. Hon. Odinga has SARS-2 COVID 19. He is responding well to the treatment he is receiving at the Nairobi Hospital and remains upbeat. We are continuing to monitor his progress,” David L. Oluoch Olunya`s letter confirmed.

Earlier, Raila`s brother Obura took to the public to ask Kenyans to stay calm and wait for the final report from the medics, dismissing unverified information over the same.

According to the reports, Raila will remain under the watch of the medics as he receives the treatment amid the rising number of covid-19 scourge in the country.

The Ministry of Health has urged Kenyans to adhere to the directives that were passed by the World Health Organization in the wake of Covid-19 in 2020 in a bid to curb the spread.
