The former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka is in trouble after speculations continue to rise in his camp as now his leaders continue to have different opinions ahead of 2027. However his close ally has told him off that he cannot sit and wait somebody to annoint him in the midst of betrayal from Raila's battalion.
According to the reliable source, while Raila Odinga was speaking in an interview he revealed that there are those who want him to retire from active politics a move that he didn't take well as he said that it's too early to reveal if he will run for presidency in 2027 or will support someone, on the other hand Kitui senator Enoch Wambua has said that they really don't want to cause any conflict with the Azimio coalition but only invite a sober reflection of where they are going in preparation for 2027.
This comes after a section of Wiper leaders called for the former prime minister to endorse Kalonzo Musyoka for presidency in the coming elections in 2027 so that they can start early preparations. However Chirau Ali Makwere wiper party chairman has come out to refute the call as he claims that the move the wiper party is making is just a fallacy, as a veteran politician he says that no one cannot just sit and wait to be endorsed or annointed, one must prove that he's actually popular beyond his borders.
He further added that wiper party is just a kamba party and thus can't be compared with ODM which is a national party. In addition to that, the former Makueni governor Kivutha Kibwana has also accused Hon Kalonzo of blackmail in the position he has saying that if he continues like they will suspend him from the coalition.
