Tight Security has been enhanced in Nairobi following Deputy president William Ruto’s tour today in some parts of the county. Friday 14 ,2022, William Ruto intends to extend his campaigns in some parts of Nairobi. This areas include ,Roysambu ,Marurui, Kahawa West Roundabout at 10am,Githurai at 11 am and Solo ya Mawe.
Ruto will tour Zimmerman, Kamiti Road at 12 noon before going to TRM, Roysambu Roundabout, Santon, Mwiki, Njiru shopping centre and Njiru/Ruai junction.
The traffic Police has stated that some routes of Nairobi will have traffic congestion and thus need for motorists to avoid using some routes.
More security advocates have been deployed in this areas to control the situation. This marks the second tour for United Democratic Alliance to extend its campaigns in the city. William Ruto will visit more areas on Friday, Sunday and Monday. Ruto has used a lot of funds in his campaign rallies that aim at empowering the youth,schools, women groups and churches.
