What Senator Milicent Omanga Has Done That Has Left Many Talking

Nairobi nominated Senator Millicent Omanga has donated shaded shades and some cash to Nairobi residents.

Through her page she wrote "Leo niikipromote biashara za hustlers pale Jericho Market na Mutindwa Market. Giving out free shades, working equipments na pia kuboost capital. Bottom up economy itamake sure mwananchi wa chini anapata nafasi ya kujikuza kimaisha. #MamaMIRADI #MamaKanairo,"

Omanga is a staunch supporter of the bottom up economic model which is being propelled by the deputy president William Samoei Ruto. 

She has also promised to campaign for him that deputy president untill he clinches the presidency come 2022.

But his bid has been rubbished by the dynasties led by COTU secretary general Francis Atwoli and Jubilee party vice chairman David Murathe who have termed him as corrupt and cannot be trusted with the country's leadership. 

Deputy president William Ruto has declared his interest for presidency come 2022.
