Winnie Odinga To Face The Wrath of UDA MPs For Skipping EALA Meeting Chaired By President Ruto

Manyatta member of Parliament Gitonga Mukunji has announced that he will organize a procedure to recollect EALA Member of Parliament Winnie Odinga for declining to show up in the state house for a meeting assembled by President William Ruto on Monday, December 5.

Mukunji opined that Winnie's dearth shows that she had commenced flunking in her EALA obligations.

While dealing with the press at Manyatta NGCDF office in Embu town when he disclosed the constituency NGCDF board member, the lawmaker said that Ms. Odinga was voted in by both the plurality and minority to embody the concerns of Kenyans in the East African Community and she should not be prejudiced in her obligations.

In the same complexion, he said they will summon the EALA lawmaker to clarify why she flunked to show up for Ruto's call in the statehouse.

Pictures disseminated by State House Kenya indicated that all the MPs who were elected in the regional house were present during the meeting with the president but Winnie was conspicuously forfeiting from the pictures.

While replying to questions about why Winnie missed the meeting at the state house Suna East Member of Parliament Junet Mohammed announced that she was readying for Raila's slated rallies.

On her part, Winnie upheld herself explaining the meeting was carried out on short notice.
