He might not have been an adherent supporter of the region's kingpin William Ruto, but his recent development records and noble deeds seemed to have won the hearts of most of Uasin Gishu county residents.
And on Sunday, the soft spoken MP once again won the hearts of most of his constituents after carrying out a myriad of noble activities in Kesses that aimed that cushioning the residents from the ravaging covid-19 pandemic.
The MP toured different mosques in Kesses including Burnt Forest, Cheptiret, Jamia Mosques* and MTRH (Moi University Muslims students) to deliver foodstuffs for Muslims families during this month of Ramadan.
In the morning, the MP had also visited youth, Elders, Persons with Disabilities and women Empowerment at Racecourse Ward where he also helped in donating food to the need to mitigate the economic ravages by Covid 19 Pandemic.
This is not the first time the MP is engaging and helping his constituents. His noble initiatives in the constituency has earned him a rare praise from locals, with many promising to vote back the legislator despite his political stand in the national politics.
Recently, Mishra hosted ANC party Leader Musalia Mudavadi at his Elgon View home in Eldoret togetrher with Ainabkoi MP William Chepkut. He also hosted Baringo senator Gideon Moi at the same venue two weeks ago, something that has left residents guessing on his next political step.
Mishra alongside Chepkut and Moiben's Silas Tiren have been accused of being betrayers of DP Ruto from the region, with the three strongly advocating for Gideon Moi's presidency.
