Mithika Linturi, cabinet secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, announced that President William Ruto's administration is determined to make Siaya County extraordinarily productive. The president believes that all leaders, regardless of their party affiliations, must go in the same direction.
All leaders must advance in the same direction, according to the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture. Governor James Orengo has announced that President Ruto will be in Siaya County on Saturday to participate in CS Eliud Owalo's Thanksgiving function.
