There have been widespread reports that the President and the Mt Kenya Region leadership is lining up National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi to take over from President Kenyatta when his term Finally comes to an end in 2022.
The former Judge has been undergoing cultural rituals with the sole intention that he will take over from President Kenyatta when his term Finally comes to an end. The Speaker has been spending time alone in isolation and has been allowed to see a woman for 8 days.
After days of rumors and speculation on his whereabouts, the Speaker has finally resurfaced. Speaking during an interview with Mutembei TV, Muturi revealed that indeed he has been undergoing cultural rituals in preparation for heavier responsibilities as far as the leadership of the region is concerned.
It now remains to be seen whether Muturi will be thrown deep into the mud immediately with the 2022 polls just around the corner. Video.
