Today is the day for three journalists who quit their lucrative jobs just to try their hand in politics. These journalists hoped to ride on their radio wave to spearhead them going into the elections. They needed not much of introduction as they were already populists on air.
However today they get to know whether it wss the best decision that they took or not. Below are the journalists.
1.George Otieno(Ajo Mbuta)
He was a co-host in the Ramogi Fm morning show dubbed "Wang Onyango" He had been at the station for over seven years then decided to go and try out in the Kasipul parliamentary race. Will he win or not? We will know by evening.
Sirega also quit to try out in the Migori woman representative race that was very open. She had hoped to follow in the footsteps of Ben Oluoch who was elected senator in 2017. On an independent ticket,she is set to know her fate today.
Sally opted for the Siaya woman representative seat.She'll also know her fate today.
