Why does His Excellency President William Samoei Ruto want IEBC Vice-Chair Juliana Cherera and her team to exit the Instution?
The former Agriculture Minister Arap Kirwa states that President William Ruto is bitter with Juliana Cherera, because he wanted to overturn his Victory in favour of Azimio leader Raila Odinga.
Speaking to one of the Local TV Station in the Country. Arap Kirwa Allegedly Reveals that President William Ruto is tactically kicking Cherera out of IEBC in favour of his Interest.
"Although Juliana Cherera made a mistake that was open. But the move made by President William Ruto, is a clear Indication that he is very bitter with Juliana Cherera, because may be she didn't support."
