Wafula Chebukati appears before the legal and human rights committee chaired by Nyamira senator, Okong'o Omogemi with other senators like makueni senator, mutula Kilonzo junior and Nairobi senator, Johnson sakaja.

The are discussing on boundary review of constituencies and counties. This is after BBI proposed 70 more constituencies. They are also Discussing on the procedures the commission will undertake before the general polls that include Civic education, and voter registration.
"IEBC boundary review allocation,election operation plan and status of preparedness on the coming 2022 general elections.", Senate Kenya is quoted.
The boundaries proposed in the BBI may not take effect in the coming general election.
