President Ruto Breaks Silence Hours After Arriving In Ethiopia, Delivers This Message To Kenyans

The President of the Republic of Kenya Dr William Samoei Ruto is out of the country for some official duties. He has travelled to Ethiopia and he is expected to arrive in Uganda to meet with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

President Ruto has broken the silence hours after arriving in Ethiopia. Through his official Twitter account platform, the United Democratic Alliance UDA party leader said that he has arrived in Addis Ababa Ethiopia for bilateral talks with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali.

He added that Kenya is exploring fronts in their relationship with Ethiopia so that they pursue shared interests, especially in technology sectors.

"We are exploring new fronts in our relations with Ethiopia to pursue shared interests, especially in the area of technology, for our mutual prosperity. Arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for bilateral talks with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali and the launch of Safaricom Ethiopia," president Ruto wrote.
