Orange Democratic Movement ODM has hinted on further extending the application deadline for presidential candidates in the party to accommodate locked out aspirants, only Wycliffe Oparanya (Kakamega) and Ali Hassan Joho (Mombasa) had already applied before deadline and Raila Odinga the party chair locked out.
The party's director of election Junet Mohammed urged the National Executive Council NEC to come out clearly and avoid the confusion among it's supporters.
“The issue has caused a very big confusio within the party. The matter will be presented before NEC for discussion and review. The organ will give final and conclusive recommendation to guide the party moving forward,” said Junet.
Hon Junet comments clearly seeks to clear the air on ODM's secretary general who said that Raila submitting his form on 1st April was just a prank having the day being Fools day. These statement had previously party chairman John Mbadi.
Finally, according to your view, what may be the intention of Raila delaying to submit his form past the deadline, is it something like a denial? Or maybe "Baba" ain't ready for 2022 presidential race. Remember he once said I'll say my final approach upon succeeding of the "Reggae".
