Hustler Fund was today launched by President William Ruto at Green Park in Nairobi county. The meeting was attended by all the cabinet secretaries, including the Deputy President and Prime Cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi. Hustlers were taken through how to get hustler funds via phone by dialling *254# and through a simple process they receive an M-PESA confirmation code.
