Uhuru Sends A Warning to Organizers of His Nairobi Meeting After This Happened to Attendees

It is well known that President Uhuru Kenyatta was appointed an ambassadorial role by his successor William ruto after his retirement.

The role is aimed at negotiating peace in the ongoing scuffle in DRC between M23 rebels and the government.

Well, during his recent meeting, delegates walked out of his meeting held in Nairobi and he has taken the blame on event organizers as he sends a warning on what is looming on them.

In consonance with reports via Kenyans.Co.Ke, the attendees of the meeting walked out amidst the relevant event over allowances issues where some claimed they weren't paid and others complained of varying allowances.

As a result, this saw a dejected Uhuru Kenyatta caution the event organizers for contrary act claiming it was unfair for them to treat his attendees controversially, on the grounds that they came from long distances to negotiate peace.

"We cannot advocate for peace when the people coming from the deep forests of DRC travel to Kenya without their welfare being secured," said Uhuru

He further noted that there was enough funds to pay all the delegates but he doesn't understand the selfish acts of his organizers.

"I’m aware that there are enough funds for this process, and I want to assure you that those of us who have done this, I won't name them because they are one of us and we know who they are," he said.

Further adding that since they are his allies, his administration will have to deal with them personally.

"we will deal with your personal matters before getting down to the business that brought us here."
