Kipchumba Murkomen is the current sitting Senator for Elgeyo Marakwet in the great Rift Valley Region of Kenya. In as much as Senator Kipchumba Murkomen is a politician, he is also a kenyan Lawyer. Hon. Kipchumba Murkomen was elected to represent Elgeyo Marakwet in Senate during the 2017 general elections in Kenya through the ruling Jubilee Coalition party ticket.

This comes after the flamboyant politician blasted incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta for allowing political rallies in the country.
