USA based Kenyan scholar and a lawyer— Makau Mutua has once again speculated who president Kenyatta's successor will be. The lawyer has been a staunch supporter of Raila Odinga since 2013, and on several occasions hasn't shied away from revealing it to the public.
Revealing his thoughts in form of a tweet, the Suny Law School professor noted that he does not think Kenya's current second in command will succeed in becoming Kenya's next president, referring him as the Son of Sugoi. Again,Makau Mutua pitied with OKA leaders, saying non of them will succeed too.
"My crystal ball tells me that neither the son of Sugoi nor any of the OKA quartet will be the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya. Take that to the nearest bank," wrote the lawyer.
His speculations comes as Kenya prepares to hold a general elections in less than one year from now. Consequently, there have been a surge in political rallies among leaders, especially Raila Odinga and William Ruto. The duo have been considered as the front runners when it comes to the presidential seat.
Okoa Kenya Alliance leaders include Gideon Moi, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula, and Musalia Mudavadi. The four have had the blessings of president Kenyatta and are yet to announce their presidential candidate and running mates.
