Moses Kuria has come out aggressively to defend William Ruto. This was after Uhuru called him out today. President Uhuru Kenyatta said that his deputy president was dishing out empty promises. President Uhuru said Ruto had already failed to deliver in his elected capacity.
Moses Kuria who is a member of Kenya Kwanza led by Ruto came to the defense of his boss. Kuria said that there were hurdles that made the deputy president not to deliver. He accused the president of putting his family and friends on the way making it impossible for Ruto to solve hustler's problems.
The president has already come out to show his prefered presidential candidate. He has endorsed Raila Odinga for the top seat and is the patron of Azimio la Umoja council. President Uhuru has repeatedly accused William Ruto of absconding his duties. In his defense, the deputy president has maintained that he has been sidelined from the runnings of the government.
