The election period has arrived as it only remains less than 18 hours for the voting period to start. The August 9th, elections attracted thousands of aspiring politicians for various seats starting from MCA, Mp, Women Representative, Senator, Governor and lastly the President.
Most of the candidates are awaiting for the votes to be casted tomorrow, so that they can their position if they have secured their preferred seat or not.
But out of those aspiring candidates there are only Three lucky candidates have secured direct entry for their seats and are just awaiting to be declared winners by the electoral agency before being sworn in.
The three candidates are Kericho Woman Representative candidate Beatrice Kemei of UDA, Issa Aden of Sabena Ward MCA seat in Lagdera, Garissa County of National Agenda party and lastly Julius Kimutai MCA for Ravine Ward in Eldama Ravine Constituency, Baringo County of UDA party.
IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati said the three will be sworn in after the polls are conducted as there was no one enrolled to oppose them on the ballot.
