Ruto or Raila? Latest Presidential Results From IEBC Shows The Leading Candidate

Forms 34As and 34Bs are currently being verified by the National Tallying Center, Bomas of Kenya, and it is anticipated that the process will be completed shortly. The winner must be announced by the IEBC by tomorrow, but it is assumed that he will do so tonight.

According to data from the IEBC as of 7:42 AM, deputy president William Ruto and former prime minister Raila Odinga are still neck-and-neck, but Ruto has a slim advantage over the ODM party leader.

With 6,145,177 votes, or 50.9% of the verified votes, the leader of the UDA party is in the lead. The leader of the ODM party is in second place with 5,837,829 votes, or 48.43%. The leader of the party, Prof. George Wajackoyah, has about 54,000 votes right now, while David Mwaure, who has already conceded defeat and endorsed William Ruto as the front-runner, has just about 28,000 votes.
