Today William Ruto's wife toured Lukuyani Consistency where he was born to give back to society in partnership with the Lukayani constituency alumni association. This comes a few hours after Deputy President William Ruto landed in Nandi county for the same empowerment program and launching of the various project in the county.
Mama Rachel Ruto's empowerment includes donating Bibles and bicycles to the residents of Lukuyani Constituency. According to her, the bicycle will help the residents in mobility, as well as help, improve their health. Rachel Ruto has always been championing cyclist right especially those who do their riding in urban areas. Some of these cyclists get knocked by vehicles due to a lack of designated cycling paths on our highway.
"East or West, home is best. Today I was in my home village Likuyani where the Likuyani constituency alumni association came together to give back to schools in the form of books, Bibles & bicycles which will go a long way to assist their mobility as well as enhance their health," Deputy President's wife Mama Rachel Ruto took to her Twitter account to inform Kenyans.
She has been in the area for a couple of days now and she has to hold vital meetings with women groups from the area. Giving out Bible is a strong indication that Rachel Ruto together with her family is staunch Christian believers. She has always been holding prayer rallies in a different part of the country, praying for several things including the COVID pandemic.
This character can also be spotted in Deputy President William Ruto who every Sunday ensures that he has attended a church service in a Different part of the country. DP Ruto has always been donating various things, especially to youth to empower their businesses. His generosity has handed him a good number of followers and his popularity has continued to grow.
