Statesman Mutahi Ngunyi has shared his thoughts on the hustler Fund plan's implementation hours after president William Ruto formally launched the scheme.
Hon. Mutahi Ngunyi stated on his official twitter account that the hustler fund only accounts for 0.0166% of Kenya's 3 trillion shilling budget. Ngunyi asserted that President Ruto only carried out a small percentage of Kenya's budget and that he is now expected to present the other 99.98% of the budget with the same level of detail and fanfare. Ngunyi added that President Ruto carried out this plan with cunning and ruthlessness.
Mutahi Ngunyi tweeted, “Hustle Fund is only 0.0166% of our 3 Trillion Shilling budget. Ruto has executed it with ruthless efficiency and panachie. The bar is now high. Now we expect him to deliver the balance of 99.98% of the Budget with similar detail and pomp. There is hope.”
