Doctor Bonny Khalwale during his campaign for UDA candidate Alex Lanya, the former Nairobi senator luring voters to vote for United Democratic Alliance candidate, Khalwale claimed that Musalia mudavadi Has no track record in Kakamega despite having led the government Offices.

The former Kakamega senator while addressing the voters who turned up during his hunt for votes in Matungu, Bonny Khalwale disagreed with Musalia Mudavadi's statement that he cares so much for people of Matungu.

The former Kakamega senator Bonny Khalwale reminded Musalia Mudavadi that while he was the minister of finance he never even built a single class as his project in Matungu Sub county and Kakamega at large.Bonny Khalwale continued to expose Musalia by reminding him since he was vice president, minister of Telecommunications, minister of Agriculture, deputy prime minister and the minister of local government he never cared for people of Matungu and he should never tell the locals of Matungu that he cares about them.

The main point every team campaigning in Matungu focuses on is the issue of mumias sugar company which is dying at a very speed rate ,the former senator for Kakamega told Mudavadi that if he was caring about Matungu then he could have made the life of sugarcane farmers better when he was the minister of local Agriculture.
