(Photo)Former IEBC Commissioner Dr. Akombe Who Fled Kenya Returns Home Finally.

Former Kenyan Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Dr Roselyn Akombe is back in the country after fleeing for six years.

It was after a general election and a week before the slated presidential elections re-run, on October 26, when She fled the country to New York, United States in 2017. Then she resigned.

If what she posted in her Twitter account is true, then she has returned to Kenya. She captioned the following photo, “No place like home! #Kenya.

While in USA, she did an interview with the BBC where she revealed that she was receiving death threats from anonymous sources and had been under pressure to resign hence her move.

Although she had promised not to come back to Kenya anytime soon because of her safety, we are yet to know what has made her change her mind to finally come home.

We welcome her back as we wait for her to give an interview of why she finally felt save to return home.
