There was morning drama in Parliament when members of Parliament drawn from the azimio Coalition together with the Kenya Kwanzaa Coalition clashed before the committee that is currently hearing a petition that is seeking to ouster four iebc commissioners on grounds of misconduct.

It all began when members of the hearing committee were informed that the iebc commissioners through their lawyers had filed an affidavit before the panel is seeking to postpone the hearing on the matter on grounds that it was unconstitutional before the house.
The Kenya Kwanzaa coalition representatives on the other hand were opposed to the matter as saying that this were delaying Tactics by the commission is not to be removed from the office.
The Azimio coalition on the other hand supported the move on grounds that the matter was unconstitutional and was biased since the four commissioners will legally in office and removing them will require a nod from the parliamentarians.
