"#HustleFund is only 0.0166% of our 3 Trillion Shilling BUDGET. Ruto has EXECUTED it with RUTHLESS efficiency and PANACHE. The BAR is now HIGH. Now we expect him to DELIVER the balance of 99.98% of the Budget with similar DETAIL and POMP. There is HOPE," he tweeted.

The fund can easily be accessed through the USSD number *254#, with the range beingSh500 to Sh50,000.

While launching the fund, Ruto defended the limit after a section of leaders criticized him, where he argued that according to the data from the other lenders, most of Kenyans seek loans between Sh500 to Sh2,000.
