After William Ruto was ditched by the Jubilee party for what they called betrayal, the party has today rebranded itself doing away with the colors that belonged to Ruto's United Republican Party (URP).

The new logo now has a purely red and white colors and the handshake previously present was replaced by a dove. The dove has an olive twig in its beak. The old logo was dubbed "mbele Pamoja" but that has now been changed to "Tuko Pamoja." These changes have now officially revealed that the friendship between the president and his deputy is totally dead.

URP joined with The National Alliance back in 2016 to form Jubilee in preparation for the 2017 elections. The plans of rebranding the party started in May after the Juja By-elections where Ruto's UDA party won. The change of colors has also been mentioned.
