Kakamega County Member of Parliament Hon Cleophas Malala a close ally of Amani National Congress Party Leader Has now sparked fresh storms in the Kenya Kwanza alliance after telling Deputy President William Ruto to remove his (Ruto) image from his 2022 Campaign posters, a move that comes barely days after he asked the second in command to keep off Western politics.
According to the report by Tuko on Wednesday evening, the Vocal Kenya Kwanza lawmaker when asked about the move said that has nothing to do with the alleged dispute in the Coalition where Ruto has been endorsing his UDA Candidates, but a printing error that occurred when his team was designing the posters.
"Senator Cleophas Malala has raised eyebrows after removing Deputy President William Ruto's image from his campaign posters. Instead, Malala included the images of Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetang'ula and ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi. The move to remove Ruto's image comes days after he asked the DP to keep off Western Kenya politics," Tuko Reported.
