Deputy President, Rigathi Gachagua has today skipped President William Samoei Arap Ruto's second Cabinet meeting in the State House.
The above pictures from the State House reveal that the Second in Command is conspicuously missing as President Ruto meets the Cabinet Secretaries who worked during Uhuru's regime.
From the pictures, among the who have turned up for the State House meeting include the Head of Public Service, Joseph Kinyua, Fred Matiangi, (Interior), Ukur Yattani (Treasury), George Mahoha (Education), Mutahi Kagwe (Health), Joe Mucheru (ICT), Agriculture CS Peter Munya and Transport CS James Macharia.
Others include Gender and Public Service CS Margret Kobia, Energy CS Monica Juma, Najib Balala (Tourism), Raychelle Omamo (Foreign Affairs), Labour CS Simon Chelugui, Environment CS Keriako Tobiko, Betty Maina (Trade), Farida Karoney (Lands), and Amina Mohammed (Sports).
The Cabinet Secretaries are expected to pass several Kenya Kwanza Alliance policies following Ruto's remarks in Homa Bay yesterday.
