
The governor of Kirinyanga Ann Waiguru finally held an exclusive interview with NTV journalist yesterday night. She was keen to note that she is a proud mother, wife and sister to many in the country.
Waiguru was ken to note that she did not have political ambitions when getting into public service but people convinced her where she accepted to lead them after making consultations widely. She later went for the position of a governor and won in 2017 and 2022 consecutively.
She is now serving her second term and is now ready to enter the national politics that are too hostile for women. She was keen to note that she has aspirations that she will one day be the deputy president of the Republic of Kenya.
