The video resurfaced after president Uhuru Kenyatta's closest ally and Jubilee blogger Pauline Njoroge shared it at her official Facebook page.
The Deputy President was been hosted by popular kiss one 100 F.M show host Mr Jalango at Jalango TV.
During the show, William Ruto termed Ford Kenya party as a village party saying they only filled a candidate at its region but can't filled beyond the region the party boss comes from.
Ruto even went a head and said the only place Ford Kenya can fill a candidate is Kabuchai citing that because it is a village party.
Ruto further asked if Wiper party and ANC filled a candidate in Kabuchai by-election something host Jalango said they never filled. Ruto said because Wiper party and ANC we're village parties.
