International Body Claims There Isn't Enough Proof To Void Ruto's Win

The ruling by the Supreme Court is expected on Monday, September 5. The verdict will either support William Ruto's victory or invalidate it. The International Human Rights Foundation, however, has made its verdict known through its verified Twitter account. The international body asserts that the opposition was unable to provide sufficient proof regarding the review procedure.

The organization continues by stating that ignorance of the technological foundation of the election may be the cause of the claims. The body has decided that William Ruto will be the fifth President. Recently, there have been claims that Dr. William Ruto was also supported by a number of international envoys. Despite the unresolved matter, Ruto was also welcomed in Jerusalem, Israel.

If the court upholds his victory, Ruto will go down in history as the first vice president to win the presidency in a vote since independence. However, in the midst of what some international media outlets have labeled an economic catastrophe, a nullification would force the country to hold new elections.
