Finally, Mutahi Ngunyi has lent his support to the declaration of the recently finished general elections' winner, Dr. William Samoei Ruto, as the incumbent Deputy President.

Kenyans have been informed by Mutahi Ngunyi that a president-elect who has already been gazetted may be de-gazetted in accordance with the 2010 Kenyan constitution.

He claimed that the 2022 presidential election would probably be invalidated by the courts. He confirmed that there are two ways for a presidential election petitioner to initiate a lawsuit.

First, Ngunyi said that a petitioner might ask a judge to mandate a Form 34 (B) recount, or they could ask a judge to declare the entire presidential election invalid due to irregularities in the electoral process. It's unbelievable that William Ruto won the 2022 presidential seat as Raila Amolo Odinga was previously leading ahead of William Ruto. Our fifth president is William Ruto, and we know that God will protect you and the KenyaKwanza team for the work that we do during this time of campaigning.
