It will be Raila's fifth attempt to win the country's highest office, and he will make his case for why he is the best man for the job.
According to The Star, the President's party is actively involved in organizing Raila's likely final bid for State House.
The Orange Party and Jubilee are planning the December 10 event together, according to ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna.
"It is now common knowledge that we will do everything as a team." We're working as a team even in planning this event," Sifuna said.
Uhuru has been invited to the event, according to ODM insiders, but State House has declined to say whether the President will attend.
