Dr. William Samoei Ruto is the current deputy President of Kenya under Jubilee Coalition headed by Kenya's fourth President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. Ruto has been in office for the second term and is confident his dream could easily come true; succeeding Uhuru Kenyatta as the fifth President of Kenya.
Ruto has been slimmed to the bone in political issues since the opposition leader Raila Amollo Odinga joined hands with the President (handshake). Ruto's Political allies have been cut off from some significant government positions while others axed from these positions completely. Dr. William Samoei Ruto however has continued spreading the gospel of succeeding Uhuru Kenyatta in the next general election.
Ruto have been interviewed by both Radio and Television stations in the country with the latest one being Citizen Television. He has been effortlessly articulating both social and economic issues with much ease. Ruto have been finding it easier to provide a probable solution to a rising unemployment rate and political tribalism in the country. Have in mind that it is tribalism that vividly bring out higher rates of corruption in the country. I therefore opine that if Ruto is given any chance to be the country's fifth President, he could wipe out all these issues.
