Kericho Governor Erick Kipkoech Mutai has reacted through his official facebook page after his meeting with president William Ruto at the statehouse, Nairobi. According to him his meeting with president William Ruto was successful.
"I had robust discussions with His Excellency the President of the republic of Kenya Dr William Ruto today at Statehouse, Nairobi.
To bolster the socio-economic development of the people of Kenya, the County Government of Kericho will soon embark on various initiatives including the construction of a modern referral hospital to serve the South Rift region, completion of Roret pineapple, strengthening our partnership with the National Government for a dairy processor that will enhance value chain for our farmers, construction of Masaita Dam, Bosto and Itare, construction of 1000 affordable houses through the housing program agenda and the relocation of Prison from town to create space for the construction of a modern market and a new stage to boost business activities.
We thank the president for his commitment to ensuring these projects start as from January 2023". Hon. Erick Kipkoech Kericho Governor.
