Permanent Secretary Karanja Kibicho has broken silence on goons causing chaos in political rallies. This comes after the chaos that erupted in Kondele, Kisumu County during Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto's rally. PS Karanja Kibicho who has been a thorn in DP Ruto's camp, seems to have changed his stance. He has given DP William Ruto's camp a reason to smile after giving new directives. He has ordered for crackdown on goons causing chaos in political rallies and has told county commissioners to enforce the directive.
