The Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Hon Kipchumba Murkomen has broken his silence on the Monday historic landmark in the ODM party after its party leader Raila Odinga hosted over 30 Governors out of 47 at Naivasha.

The Governors vowed to offer their unwavering support to Raila Odinga's presidential race to the State House believing he is the only candidate with the solution to problems facing Kenyans and the country.
They went ahead to promise that they are ready to campaign for Raila in their counties at their own cost.
The news were received differently by the Kenyans. From the reactions, it can be quickly noted that those supporting the Deputy President William Ruto were shaken while celebrations filled the ODM camp.
On his twitter account, Hon Kipchumba Murkomen who is DP Ruto's close confidant wrote, "35 Governors met Raila Odinga and 12 gave their apologies. Case closed." According to Murkomen, all the governors in Kenya supports Raila and this should not bother them believing in DP Ruto.
