Kumbe' Gladys Shollei Reveals Intense Moments Before Ruto Unveiled His Cabinet

Gladys Shollei claims President William Ruto had extensive discussions with his group before announcing his cabinet.

In her episode of Dawn on Citizen TV on September 30, Shollei claimed that Ruto and his associates were discussing possible names for several dockets. He added that it started a long time ago.

Because the selection process was hidden, none of the Ruto's knew who had been selected.

She also said the president had taken into consideration the recommendations of some allies on who should be elected as leader.
