William ruto is currently addressing a meeting in Nairobi which has been attended by among others cabinet secretaries who are allied to his administration and who also served it his former predecessor government.
Kenyans however could not fail to notice that President William ruto had a new aide-de-camp is opposed to the one who Kenyans are used of.
This has elicited mixed reactions online with many Kenyans questioning whether the former aid-camp-camp has been deployed elsewhere or this is a new aide-de-camp who is expected to take over the services of ruto's security moving forward.
According to the constitution Ruto has the privilege of deciding who his security personnel will be come, since he is the commander in chief of the armed forces of the Republic of Kenya and also the president of Kenya.
The former aide-de-camp head served under president Uhuru kenyatta until recently when he was redeployed to take over ruto security as his bodyguard and aide-de-camp.
