Government Bows To UDA Pressure Goes After Raila's Top Man Over Incitement

It is a political period in the country as only eight months are remaining to 9th August 2022 general elections in all the six elective seats of president, governors, senators, women representatives, members of Parliament and members of county assemblies.

On Saturday Meru senator Mithika Linturi landed himself in danger after his remarks turned to be incitement against non Ruto supporters in the Rift Valley, the senator is yet again spending another night in police cells as his case is being addressed at the courts.

Early today during a UDA rally, Mathira member of parliament called on the government to arrest Kitutu Chache North member of Parliament over incitement remarks yesterday while in a rally in Nyaribari Chache, few hours later the director of public prosecutions boss Nordin Haji has asked Hillary Mutymbai to launch investigations towards Richard Onyonka's remarks and give report within the next seven days.

"It is a humble call to all Kenyans to embrace each other since we are all brothers and sisters, despite our varying political camps kindly let us be tolerant keeping in mind that elections will come and go, but Kenya will remain thus let us enhance national unity"
