As only less than a year remains before general elections is conducted in Kenya, politicians appear to be on the run to woo every citizen to their side. Out of them, deputy president William Rutto is currently seen to be ahead of other aspirants in a race to succeed Uhuru Kenyatta. However, the choice of his running mate remains an headache to him and his die heart supporters across the nation.
To avoid losing part or most of influence, then he should consider choosing his running mate outside mount Kenya because as it stands, he may not be able to get whole voting bloc from the region. His next vote hunt will be the populous Western region where they have about 3 presidential contestants. Among them Musalia Mudavadi is seen to be most popular because of his experience in politics as he is most senior active politician to continue painting his political career.
Musalia as a running mate will not only ensure majority of Western voters in Uda side but also in the whole republic because of influence of Anc in parts of Kenya because Mudavadi is well known across the country.
Ruto would find it easy working with former NASA principal as they have once worked together under Moi's government. Mudavadi is not overambitious hence his demands is easy to be met. If he will manage to convince him to join the famous hustler nation then he next election will be much easier for him.
