Embu MCAs to Spend Ksh 20 Million on a Trip to Tanzania Where They'll be Taught Good Manners

A total of 33 Embu Members of County Assembly (MCAs) have travelled to Tanzania for a two-week training session. However the type of training they want has shocked many people. The members actually adjourned their assembly sittings so as to go on this trip.

According to a post made by a popular media station the County Assembly members are travelling to Tanzania so as to be trained on good manners and how to count voters.

This has not sat well with Kenyans who wonder why they have to go all the way to Tanzania to be taught how to count voters, considering that they will be using taxpayers money.

The trip will cost a total of Ksh 20 million and each of the MCAs will be given an allowance of Ksh 520,576. This is quite disturbing considering the fact that majority of Kenyans are suffering due to high costs of living caused by recent inflation of commodities.
